The company must be immediately notified from the incident place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Vehicle replacement in case of breakdown<\/h4>\n<p>We replace your car with a new one in case of breakdown.<\/p>\n<h4>A second driver to the contract for free<\/h4>\n<p>No additional charge for the second driver.<\/p>\n<h4>New safe vehicles<\/h4>\n<p>For your safety we renew our fleet with brand new cars.<\/p>\n<h4>The lowest prices on the market.<\/h4>\n<p>Our prices are the lowest prices on the market including all possible services with no extra charge.<\/p>\n<h4>No extra charge on delay<\/h4>\n<p>You are not charged any extra in case your arrival at the airport \/ port is delayed<\/p>\n<h4>Free baby and child seats<\/h4>\n<p>We offer the high security seats for babies and children.<\/p>\n<h4>Free road map of Crete<\/h4>\n<p>A free detailed road map of Crete is provided to our customers.<\/p>\n<h4>Free airport parking at the car delivery<\/h4>\n<p>When you leave the car at the airport or port parking point on departure day you are not charged any extra<br \/>\ncost.<\/p>\n<h4>Lost keys<\/h4>\n<p>We have chip-coded car keys for all our cars. However, it takes time and money to replace them. Therefore, in<br \/>\ncase of lost keys the customer will be charged with 50 -150 euros to replace the lost keys (depends on the<br \/>\ncar model) plus any associated transport and time costs to get the replacement keys.<\/p>\n<h4>Traffic Fines<\/h4>\n<p>Fines and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are<br \/>\nat the renters expense.<\/p>\n<h4>Driving and Geographic Restrictions<\/h4>\n<p>Our cars are rented to drive in Crete island only. They cannot be used off-road or on the beach. Damages from<br \/>\nmalicious or grossly negligent actions or to the underside of the car when you use it off road are not<br \/>\ncovered by the insurance.<\/p>\n<h4>Cancellation terms<\/h4>\n<p>We do not charge extra if the customer cancels a reservation 7 days before and in this case we refund all<br \/>\nprepaid amount. The charge for cancel reservation in the last 7 days is 10% of the booking amount.<\/p>\n<h4>Return of the vehicle before the end of the rental period<\/h4>\n<p>We do not refund any part of the payment amount, if the customer returns the vehicle earlier than the end of<br \/>\nthe rental period.<\/p>\n<h4>Cancellation after delivery time<\/h4>\n<p>If the customer cancels his reservation after the car delivery time, he is charged with three days\u2019 rental.<\/p>\n<h4>Privacy Policy<\/h4>\n<p>We respect your privacy and we will not distribute your personal information to any third party which is not<br \/>\ninvolved in your car rental enquiry. We also use the latest online secure encoding technology to protect the<br \/>\ntransfer and storage of your private personal data.
